Return Policy
Customer may request for a refund or exchange one with us within (30) days from date of receive the package. You must provide the original packaging of the product are complete. All warranty, refund or exchange requests will NOT be processed if the customer cannot provide original packaging. It is customer's responsibility to keep original packaging.
If you believe a package has been delivered incorrectly or not delivered despite tracking information showing it has been delivered, we must be notified within 48 hours of the delivery notice to file a claim.
Please follow the 3 steps process for returning an order to us.
Step 1
Get RMA from our customer service:
If you need return the package, please contact our customer service email service@laptopcpufan.net. We will notify you if your return is covered under our warranty/exchange policy at next business days.
Step 2
Once you've obtained your RMA, please paste it on the return package, please return the package within 7 days once you receive the RMA (Your RMA is valid for 7 days). After return the package, please send the tracking number to us.
Step 3
Once receive the return package, we will test if the product is defective, and will check whether original packaging of the product are complete. After we will refund or resend the new package to you.
If the product is defective, we will assume shipping cost for a replacement unit to you and return cost. If you need refund usually processed within 3 to 5 business days of receiveing your return. If the product is not found defective you will be responsible for all the shipping expenses (including the original shipping, handling charges and return postage), and a 30% restocking fee will be charged.
